ABOUT US

Founder: Abigail Eaves, PsyD, LMHC, SPCC

Hello and welcome to Adapt at Work :)

My mission is to help you create a meaningful career that not only brings professional success but also personal fulfillment!

With a deep passion for helping people navigate their career journeys, I empower clients to design their career development plan, overcome challenges, manage workplace stress, and find purpose in their work. I believe that a career should be a source of both growth and happiness, and I’m dedicated to helping people build careers where they can truly thrive.

Based on an extensive background in psychology, I take a holistic approach to career development, addressing the emotional and developmental aspects of work. Whether you’re in the midst of a career transition, facing burnout, or striving for work-life balance, I partner with you to create a path that aligns with your values and aspirations. Together, we will uncover your strengths, develop strategies for overcoming obstacles, and apply job search tactics like resume writing and interview prep.

As a Leadership Psychologist, Senior Professional Career Coach, Mental Health Clinician, and Organization Effectiveness Consultant, my goal is to make work a place where you not only succeed, but feel fulfilled, and motivated every day!

Last, I live in beautiful Southern Maine and work in Boston, MA - but, thanks to remote technology, I love connecting with people all around the world!
